Data Scientist - Mid

Nalley Consulting is seeking a mid-level Data Scientist to support DIA HQ in Washington, DC. This onsite role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a current CI polygraph, along with hands-on experience in testing and evaluating AI/ML models for data science and analytics work.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will apply skills across data science, engineering, and analytics, with a focus on testing and evaluation of AI/ML models. The position also includes support for DoD and/or Intelligence Community client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and evaluation of AI/ML models, or demonstrate the ability to do so
• Support DoW and/or IC client activities

Requirements

• Experience in data science, engineering, analytics, statistics, computer science, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated teamwork experience
• Experience in or the ability to perform testing and evaluation of AI/ML models
• Experience supporting DoW and/or IC clients
• TS/SCI clearance and current CI Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of direct experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance with active CI poly conducted within the past seven years
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of direct data science experience

Desired Qualifications

• Degree in quantitative social science, statistics, data science, or computer science
• Experience with LLMs
• Experience performing or supporting all-source analysis
