Data Scientist, Senior

This Senior Data Scientist position supports DoD/IC-focused work from an onsite location at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (Anacostia, DC). The role requires a current and active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and involves testing and evaluation of AI/ML models for client engagements.

Role Overview

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will support DoW and/or IC clients and help ensure AI/ML performance through model testing and evaluation. The work is positioned for all-source analysis activities and includes collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform, or demonstrate the ability to perform, testing and evaluation of AI/ML models
• Support DoW and/or IC clients in relevant data science activities
• Apply experience in data science, data engineering, analytics, statistics, computer science, or related fields
• Use excellent verbal and written communication skills in team and client contexts
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and experience collaborating in teams

Requirements

• Security Clearance: A current and active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
• Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience required, or HS/GED and 15+ years of experience
• Education: Degree in quantitative social science, statistics, data science, or computer science
• Experience with LLMs
• Experience performing or supporting all-source analysis

Compensation

USD 120,000 - 145,000 per year.
