Plans and Fees Analyst role supporting healthcare Revenue Cycle Management by configuring payer plans and fee schedules in Epic.

Load and maintain payer plans, benefit structures, and fee schedules in Epic based on organizational and payer requirements
Run testing and validation to confirm correct fee mapping, adherence to contract terms, and expected reimbursement outcomes
Partner with cross-functional teams, including RCM Business Analysts, Billing, and Contracting, to surface configuration gaps and improvement opportunities
Perform end-to-end testing for fee and plan builds and document validation results and test cases
Troubleshoot plan configuration and fee schedule mapping issues, escalating when needed to drive timely resolution

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
5+ years of experience in revenue cycle, payer contracting, or fee schedule management
Strong understanding of dental insurance reimbursement methodologies, payer contracts, and fee loading processes
Proven analytical and testing skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and data validation tools, plus strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
