Gen AI Engineer

Realign LLC is looking for a Gen AI Engineer to help design and operationalize AI-enabled workflows. This onsite role spans Irving, TX, Tampa, FL, and Edison, NJ, with an annual salary of USD 115,567. You will work on GenAI systems that move from development into deployment and ongoing maintenance across environments, including Production.

What you will build

• AI workflow development for AI-enabled workflows that integrate modern GenAI capabilities
• Prompt engineering to support reliable LLM interactions, including hybrid prompting techniques
• LLM, RAG, and agentic AI implementation, including RAG architecture and agentic AI concepts
• Deployment and maintenance of AI models across all environments, including Production

• Participate in code review, testing, and documentation
• Apply ongoing continuous learning focused on Generative AI related fields

What you bring

• Strong hands-on Python experience
• Hands-on API development experience in Python using FastAPI and/or Flask
• Working experience in data processing and building AI-enabled workflows using Python
• Knowledge of LLM, Prompt Engineering, RAG Architecture, and Agentic AI
• Basic knowledge of hybrid prompting techniques
• Experience with Generative AI tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face, and Llama Index
• Working experience with Gemini LLM
• Hands-on knowledge of machine learning frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras
• Hands-on knowledge in NLP
• Understanding of model deployment and containerization using Docker
• Understanding of version control systems, including Git
• Awareness of AI compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles
• DevOps Engineer experience/knowledge
