Job Description
Join Deloitte's Converge for Health Care portfolio in New York City, onsite, with a salary range of USD 116,200 to 229,100 per year. This role centers on delivering healthcare analytics and AI enabled products by translating business priorities into executable requirements and aligning delivery with engineering and data teams to yield measurable outcomes across clinical, financial, and operational domains. You will operate within Deloitte Consulting's Innovation & Delivery Transformation practice, benefiting from an engineering and innovation led culture and the opportunity to work on GenAI enabled features and evolving workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of product roadmaps and delivery plans with the Product Manager to sustain alignment, momentum, and clarity as ideas move from concept to release.
- Translate business objectives, practitioner input, and client needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria, blending healthcare knowledge with technical fluency to connect business context with engineering and data teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and analytics teams to coordinate development, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring requirements are understood and solutions align with intended use cases and outcomes.
- Oversee day-to-day backlog management, including prioritization, grooming, and sprint planning, balancing immediate delivery needs with long term product direction.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and working sessions to ensure development progress aligns with roadmap priorities, milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
- Contribute to research, documentation, and design of new features by engaging with Deloitte leaders, practitioners, and clients to gather insights, validate assumptions, and inform decisions grounded in real-world use.
- Support pilot implementations and early deployments of new analytics capabilities, including GenAI enabled features and agentic workflows, translating early learnings into scalable product improvements.
- Create product collateral, demonstrations, and internal enablement materials to promote adoption across Deloitte Consulting teams and client engagements.
- Monitor product usage, performance signals, and feedback to identify opportunities for refinement or future investment, surfacing insights to the Product Manager and broader product team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, computer science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, product management, or technology delivery roles within the healthcare domain
- Ability to travel up to 20 percent on average, based on client and project needs
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
