Responsibilities
- Deep experience delivering system migrations, automation workflows, and complex backend processes, with disaster recovery planning across financial, healthcare, and technology sectors.
- Proven success in enterprise architecture, digital transformation initiatives, and global program management, guiding cross-functional teams and coordinating onshore and offshore delivery models.
- Proficient in resource planning, leading teams, and engaging stakeholders to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
- Spearhead PEGA platform migrations and consolidation initiatives, delivering multi-million dollar operational savings while enhancing workflow automation and system resiliency.
- Certified Scrum Master, PEGA CSA/CSSA, and SAFe Practitioner, with a track record of delivering projects ahead of schedule through strategic planning, clear communication, and process optimization.
- Solid grounding in networking and database management systems, data security and risk management, with experience in cross-functional Agile teams to foster collaboration and manage global project deliveries across geographies.
