Responsibilities
- Deploy machine learning models in innovative ways while partnering with cross-functional teams to create power tool solutions that positively impact users.
- Serve as the technical authority for ML concepts, guiding their progression from concept to product and supporting implementation, validation, and production handoff.
- Apply strong problem‑solving and critical thinking within a dynamic, fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Utilize clear technical communication and foundational project management to ensure alignment and clarity across teams.
- Demonstrate ownership of projects and tasks with a clear link to broader initiatives and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or another scientific or engineering discipline.
- Completed coursework or specialization in Machine Learning and/or Data Science.
- Experience applying core machine learning algorithms and techniques outside of coursework, including unsupervised and supervised learning, classification/regression, dimensionality reduction, and model optimization.
- Experience with ML and AI methods such as CNNs, transformers, or computer vision.
- Proficiency in developing and debugging code in Python.
- Strong proficiency in Python with extensive experience using common libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, etc.).
- Experience with at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Solid mathematical foundation in statistics, linear algebra, calculus and optimization.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including domestic and international travel.
