Sr Machine Learning Engineer

Build and deploy machine learning solutions that improve services and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for multiple use cases
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights
• Deploy ML solutions to production using appropriate tools and frameworks
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into products and services
• Monitor deployed model performance and evaluate results to maintain effectiveness

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and tooling for data processing and deployment: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Several years of experience designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models

Work Location and Schedule

• San Jose, CA (hybrid)
• Balanced hybrid work model for the majority of employees: 3 days in the office, 2 days at your choice of the PayPal office or your home workspace

Compensation

• Base pay range: USD 159,500 - 236,500 per year (San Jose, California)
• Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable
