This senior data leadership role at PRICE WATERHOUSE COOPERS (PwC) centers on applying data and analytics to deliver strategic client insights, developing innovative solutions, and guiding teams within the Technology Consulting practice. The position is based onsite in Richmond, VA.

Salary: USD 124,000 - 280,000 per year

Summary

The role involves leveraging data and analytics to generate strategic insights for clients, developing and implementing innovative solutions, and mentoring teams within PwC's Technology Consulting practice.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver innovative solutions to improve business performance and strengthen competitive advantage, including roadmap development and solution optimization.
  • Apply advanced analytics to support client operations and strategic aims, leveraging AWS data engineering and Redshift.
  • Construct and maintain data pipelines and architectures to enable business intelligence initiatives, using DataStage and ETL processes.
  • Deploy data visualization tools to deliver actionable insights, improving client outcomes, with experience in SQL Server and DB2.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify data challenges and opportunities, aligning efforts with managed services and service level agreements.
  • Coach and motivate teams to tackle complex problems and deliver high-quality results.
  • Apply systems thinking to uncover root causes and opportunities within client projects, including workload orchestration and scheduling.
  • Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate their feedback to refine solutions, tracking CSAT and performance tuning.
  • Lead teams through ambiguous and challenging situations with calm leadership and sound judgment.
