Manager-Pro Finance & Analytics

Join Home Depot in Atlanta, GA onsite as a Manager-Pro Finance & Analytics. This role centers on financial leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within the Pro Capabilities organization to drive Pro performance and shareholder value. You’ll work closely with finance, operations, HR, real estate, and information systems to shape outcomes in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic analysis and problem solving: develop a deep understanding of the business, identify and implement process and organizational improvements, plan and execute department objectives, participate in annual budgeting, review monthly expenditures to meet budgetary goals, and monitor monthly metrics to ensure targets are achieved.
• Financial planning: conduct planning for the function and present informed recommendations.
• Leadership and operations: lead, plan, and coordinate work teams to perform financial activities efficiently; use metrics to track performance and manage workload; ensure processes and procedures are compliant with established policies.
• Drive key functional financial metrics to support overall business performance.
• Project management: develop and support strategic partnerships with business partners; participate in cross-functional activities to address business issues and strengthen competitive advantage; facilitate cross-functional communication with Finance, Human Resources, Real Estate, Operations, and Information Systems.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Physical Requirements

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
