Master Data Analyst
Job Description
Leoforce seeks a senior level Master Data Analyst to oversee master data management, govern data quality, and align MES and ERP within a manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes process improvements and reporting to support manufacturing operations and product development.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain master data, including creation, updates, and deletion
- Provide quality assurance of imported data, collaborating with quality assurance analysts as needed
- Commission and decommission data sets
- Process confidential data and information according to guidelines
- Support the company's data users on day to day issues
- Work with business and IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and that application operations meet requirements
- Assist in data management, governance, and data quality of master data with other functional data owners to ensure integrity across financial systems and adherence to business rules
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Ensure data is distributed to relevant stakeholders within the company
- Support the design, documentation, and maintenance of application and process models
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and automate processes
- Set up and maintain automated data processes
- Identify, evaluate, and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, governance, and analysis within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and master data management principles
- Hands-on experience with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection
- Knowledge of data related regulatory requirements and emerging trends and issues
- Proficient in data management and integrity, process improvement, MES and ERP alignment, data governance, and reporting and analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
