Job Description

Leoforce seeks a senior level Master Data Analyst to oversee master data management, govern data quality, and align MES and ERP within a manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes process improvements and reporting to support manufacturing operations and product development.

USD 70,000 - 85,000 per yearly

Experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain master data, including creation, updates, and deletion
  • Provide quality assurance of imported data, collaborating with quality assurance analysts as needed
  • Commission and decommission data sets
  • Process confidential data and information according to guidelines
  • Support the company's data users on day to day issues
  • Work with business and IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and that application operations meet requirements
  • Assist in data management, governance, and data quality of master data with other functional data owners to ensure integrity across financial systems and adherence to business rules
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
  • Ensure data is distributed to relevant stakeholders within the company
  • Support the design, documentation, and maintenance of application and process models
  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and automate processes
  • Set up and maintain automated data processes
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, governance, and analysis within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and master data management principles
  • Hands-on experience with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routers
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection
  • Knowledge of data related regulatory requirements and emerging trends and issues
  • Proficient in data management and integrity, process improvement, MES and ERP alignment, data governance, and reporting and analysis
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
