Network Data Analyst II

Segra is hiring a Network Data Analyst II to support network data accuracy, SLA reporting, and cost optimization tied to carrier performance. This hybrid role in Columbia, SC helps ensure key network build lists stay current and that Service Level Agreement (SLA) Service Delivery and Assurance reporting is generated and audited for reliability.

In this position, you will maintain the on-net/near-net building list that supports future sales opportunities, help validate a 500K+ list, and produce and review SLA performance reporting. You will also contribute to efforts that can reduce monthly expenses through SLA Credits awarded to carrier customers.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain the company’s on-net/near-net building list that supports future sales opportunities.
• Support the Director of Network Strategy by helping ensure the 500K+ list is accurate.
• Generate and audit SLA Service Delivery and Assurance reports.
• Help drive reduced monthly expenses related to SLA Credits awarded to carrier customers.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience related to network performance data is preferred.
• Telecom experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
• Experience communicating with upper management is preferred.
• Ability to drive projects with minimal supervision, hold others accountable, and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Familiarity with Segra network data tools: OcularIP, SegraOne, Change Manager, GIS, TTS is preferred.
• Familiarity with Carrier Master Service Agreements and associated performance requirements is preferred.

Compensation and Location

• Location: Columbia, SC (hybrid)
• Work arrangement: Minimum of three (3) days in the office with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week
• Salary range: USD 64,050 - 85,000 per year
