The position carries a salary range of USD 121,000 to 171,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Develop the data architecture and platform strategy across several IHFM product domains.
- Own the most complex and ambiguous data engineering challenges, including suite-level interoperability and scaling device data.
- Collaborate with Technical Data Product Managers and Data Intelligence and Engineering leadership to shape the roadmap.
- Establish standards for ingestion, modeling, governance, lineage, quality, data products, data contracts, and SLAs that the data platform operates on.
- Define how validated, traceable, and integrity-preserving data pipelines are engineered across the platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a scientific field plus six or more years of related data engineering experience.
- Proven experience in data platform architecture, distributed processing, and large-scale data modeling, including modern platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
- Deep experience with data governance, validation, and integrity in a regulated environment.
