Senior AI Engineer

This Senior AI Engineering role is focused on designing, building, and scaling production-grade AI-powered applications, including autonomous agent systems and agentic AI workflows. The position emphasizes multi-agent orchestration, enterprise integration, and engineering practices that support reliable performance.

What You’ll Do

• Design and optimize multi-agent workflows covering reasoning, tool usage, memory management, and orchestration.
• Convert defined business requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering leadership on architecture and implementation of enterprise AI initiatives.
• Create reusable AI services and components that can be applied across multiple business domains.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services that support AI applications.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal enterprise platforms, APIs, and databases.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable PySpark code while following software engineering best practices.
• Debug and optimize AI workflows to improve latency, reliability, and cost.
• Participate in code reviews and help establish engineering standards for AI development.
• Work closely with Data Engineering and GenAI Engineering teams on shared AI platforms.

Core Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Expertise with PySpark and SQL.
• A data-first mentality when working with AI and building GenAI solutions.
• Expertise leveraging GenAI solutions to work across hundreds of millions of pieces of data.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: USD 70 to 85 per hour
• Expected hours: 40.0 hours per week
