Senior Data Engineer

Join Experis’ Data & Analytics team in Hanover, NJ (onsite) and work on innovative data projects using modern, cutting-edge technologies. In this role, you’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical partners to deliver scalable batch and real-time data capabilities, while supporting a diverse team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines for both batch and real-time processing.
• Build and manage enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts to support analytics and downstream use cases.
• Develop ETL/ELT solutions using modern data engineering tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and data scientists to understand and implement data requirements.
• Optimize data processing workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

What you bring
