What you’ll do
Apply critical thinking to translate design, engineering, product support, and manufacturing requirements into supporting tools and analytic capabilities. You’ll help continuously improve engineering analytics by strengthening workflow efficiency, automation, documentation, and overall enhancements.
- Lead projects with cross functional teams to develop and maintain analytic workflows and visualizations
- Collaborate with Engineering Technology Center and Advanced Concepts and Capability partners to coordinate work and changes
- Engage stakeholders through an agile process and prioritize development based on strategic capability and business value
- Explore new data sources to enhance existing solutions and identify new opportunities
- Implement data monitoring in production to help ensure consistency of data feeding models
- Serve as a consultant across functions to grow organizational data knowledge and capabilities
- Develop advanced data science workflows delivering predictive and prescriptive analytics
- Leverage enterprise LLM/AI platforms to solve problems at scale
- Understand and build agentic workflows to improve process automation
- Promote a culture of commitment to knowledge sharing, collaboration, and documentation
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or equivalent technical degree
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in software development or advanced analytics
- 2+ years of people leadership in a project setting or small team
- Experience with agile methodology and its concepts
- Proficiency with data engineering tools including Dataiku, Tableau, Oracle Business Intelligence, Informatica, Rapid Miner, Azure BI, or Google Cloud Products
- Experience building APIs or endpoints to deploy solutions
- Knowledge of advanced data science concepts such as predictive and prescriptive analytics and associated machine learning techniques
- Enterprise D&A platforms like Azure AI Foundry or Vertex AI are preferred
- Ability to travel; expected travel time ~ 5%
- Master’s degree in statistics, computer science, or engineering preferred

Where and how you’ll work
La Crosse, WI (hybrid). Monday to Thursday is onsite with colleagues. On Fridays, you can choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
Compensation and eligibility
Annual base salary range: $75,700 - $135,834 (salary). No incentive or sales commission eligibility is listed.
