Responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end data science solutions that process large, complex datasets and transform them into actionable insights
• Develop reusable, maintainable Python workflows for analytics, automation, and data pipelines
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies within structured and unstructured data to support operational decision‑making
• Create clear, intuitive visualizations and dashboards that integrate seamlessly into daily workflows
• Serve as a technical subject‑matter expert, mentoring team members while remaining hands‑on
• Work directly with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical requirements and delivered solutions
• Research, prototype, and deploy advanced methodologies including AI/ML, network analytics, and statistical modeling
• Contribute to building analytics products aligned with NGA and DNI standards, including ABI‑driven workflows

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance (CI Polygraph required post onboarding)
• 10+ years of relevant experience, or a combination of education, military service, training, and professional experience
• Proven experience supporting Intelligence Community or national security missions
• Analytics pipeline development
• Automation and data ingestion (including APIs)
• Production‑ready workflows
• Plotly, Seaborn, Matplotlib, Bokeh
• Dash, Streamlit, Panel, Tableau, or similar
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Experience working with large‑scale structured and unstructured datasets
• Ability to operate independently, lead technically, and deliver solutions with minimal oversight
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Position Overview

Pay: USD 140,000 - 150,000 per year
