Everforth is hiring a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer to deploy AI systems into regulated healthcare environments in an onsite San Francisco role.

Lead architectural decisions for deploying AI into clinical workflows at scale
Build and mentor the technical team; set engineering standards, review designs, develop engineers
Own major healthcare AI systems end-to-end, from customer discovery and requirements through architecture, implementation, and production reliability
Set expectations for code quality, testing practices, and operational excellence
Identify and build customer-facing features that expand impact in existing and new markets
Partner directly with founders on product and technical strategy
Navigate stakeholder environments across clinical, compliance, and business teams with authority and credibility
Define and execute technical strategy for healthcare AI systems, including scope, architecture, and delivery
Build and lead intelligent data pipelines, multi-step agent workflows, and systems that parse medical information at scale
Ensure integrations meet healthcare standards and interoperability requirements
Own deployment strategy, monitoring, and continuous improvement across production systems
Lead by example on shipping rigor, testing discipline, and operational discipline
Mentor engineers on design, shipping, and technical decision-making
Maintain credibility across technical, clinical, and business stakeholders

Backend: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, data validation frameworks, workflow orchestration
Frontend: TypeScript, React, modern build tooling, component libraries
Infrastructure: AWS services, Terraform, containerization, GitHub Actions, monitoring and observability
AI/ML: Leading LLM providers in production

Base salary: USD 180,000 - 250,000 per year (calibrated to experience and impact)
Stock options: 0.3% - 1.0%
