Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Build and scale machine learning systems for intelligent agents in Los Angeles, CA onsite.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize LLM-based systems powering the agent core
• Prototype advanced retrieval, planning, and memory systems for AI agents
• Build and own data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
• Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to deploy scalable ML features

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or applied AI, ideally including production-level deployments
• Deep understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and vector search
• Experience with frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, LangChain, Ray, and Weaviate
• Strong engineering mindset focused on shipping, testing, and iterating
