Travel Demand Modeling and Mobility Data Analyst

FuntoNetwork is hiring for an RFP-associated opportunity for a Travel Demand Modeling and Mobility Data Analyst based in Carolina, PR (onsite). This role focuses on analyzing and documenting reproducible findings across travel demand and mobility datasets, with clear traceability to RFP scope and delivery evidence for proposal and post-award phases.

Work status is Green - Open, with an Apply by October 9, 2026 deadline. The estimated rate is 65–139 USD / Hour depending on role, experience, and final project requirements.

What you’ll do

• Analyze and document reproducible findings using travel demand and mobility datasets covering congestion, safety, performance, equity, scenario, and geospatial considerations.
• Ensure assigned work is traceable to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
• Review official solicitation materials and addenda that impact this workstream, documenting assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and any required client decisions.
• Produce role-specific technical inputs and work products, including estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
• Maintain records for status, issues, decisions, changes, and evidence, and escalate blockers early enough to protect submission and delivery readiness.

What you bring

• Demonstrated experience performing Travel Demand Modeling and Mobility Data Analyst responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to create complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
