Job Description

Sirius Talent is hiring a Warehouse Data Analyst to support fulfillment center operations at their onsite location in Whitsett, NC. In this role, you will analyze warehouse data and turn it into clear reporting that helps leadership understand performance, spot trends and bottlenecks, and drive productivity and efficiency improvements.

What you’ll do

  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Develop Excel dashboards, charts, and performance scorecards.
  • Track and report key warehouse KPIs, including Productivity, Backlog, Service levels, Labor utilization, Inventory accuracy, and Order aging.
  • Analyze performance across departments, processes, and shifts.
  • Identify trends, bottlenecks, and reasons operational targets are missed.
  • Share findings and recommendations with warehouse leadership.
  • Support production planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Validate data to ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Organize large volumes of operational data and transform them into actionable information.

Requirements

  • Experience with warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operational data analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, charts, and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP EWM.
  • Previous experience supporting a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment operation.

The Warehouse Analyst will work closely with Operations, Inventory, Engineering, Quality, and Transportation teams to analyze warehouse performance and support better planning and operational decision-making.
