Location: Allentown, PA (onsite)

Job type: Full-time • In person

What you will do

Manage end-to-end sales data processing including collecting, validating and reconciling sales and distributor data to support accurate, timely reporting for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Maintain data integrity across ERP, CRM and data warehouse systems by monitoring data flows, identifying root causes of discrepancies, and documenting data sources and processes.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales and Operations teams to translate business needs into actionable reporting, analytics and data-driven insights.
Own HoverTech’s Tableau environment, including maintaining existing dashboards and managing data source connections.

What you need

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, information systems or a related field.
2-4 years of Business Data Analyst experience.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and XLOOKUP; capable of building and maintaining structured data workflows, formulas and reporting templates.
1-2 years of Tableau or comparable BI platform (Power BI); able to build and maintain dashboards.
Working knowledge of SQL (preferred but not required).
Detail oriented, organized and excellent communication skills.
