What you will do

• Manage end-to-end sales data processing including collecting, validating and reconciling sales and distributor data to support accurate, timely reporting for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Maintain data integrity across ERP, CRM and data warehouse systems by monitoring data flows, identifying root causes of discrepancies, and documenting data sources and processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales and Operations teams to translate business needs into actionable reporting, analytics and data-driven insights.
• Own HoverTech’s Tableau environment, including maintaining existing dashboards and managing data source connections.

What you need

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, information systems or a related field.
• 2-4 years of Business Data Analyst experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and XLOOKUP; capable of building and maintaining structured data workflows, formulas and reporting templates.
• 1-2 years of Tableau or comparable BI platform (Power BI); able to build and maintain dashboards.
• Working knowledge of SQL (preferred but not required).
• Detail oriented, organized and excellent communication skills.
