Role Summary
Drive data‑driven transformation across the Motor Grader and Medium Tractor value chain by sourcing and integrating complex data sets, translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions, and applying advanced analytics and AI to enhance efficiency, performance, and decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead large‑scale data collection, mining, and processing initiatives to develop robust data models and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accredited Engineering
- Analytical Thinking: ability to use techniques and tools to analyze problems, identify root causes, and devise effective solutions.
- Effective Communications: ability to convey ideas and needs clearly and accurately to stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: familiarity with approaches and tools for diagnosing and resolving operational or process issues; adaptable to diverse situations.
