Job Description

This onsite role in Jersey City, NJ, seeks a Lead Financial Crimes Data Engineer and NetReveal Architect to design, develop, and deploy sanctions and AML screening solutions on the NetReveal platform within the Financial Crimes Compliance team.

Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and deploy enterprise sanctions and AML screening workflows on NetReveal.
Partner with cross functional teams to plan, refine, and deliver project stories on schedule with high quality outputs.
Leverage deep Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Informatica ETL expertise to process large scale data efficiently.
Optimize database schemas and queries to support scalable, high performance processing in high volume environments.
Engage business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements

15+ years of application development experience in financial crimes, sanctions, or AML domains.
Proficiency in Oracle database architecture, SQL, PL/SQL, and Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC.
Hands-on experience with relational and dimensional data modeling, including star and snowflake schemas.
Familiarity with cloud and data engineering concepts, containers, and platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong understanding of financial crimes workflows, sanctions screening, PEP/negative news screening, and related processes.
