Job Description
This onsite role in Jersey City, NJ, seeks a Lead Financial Crimes Data Engineer and NetReveal Architect to design, develop, and deploy sanctions and AML screening solutions on the NetReveal platform within the Financial Crimes Compliance team.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy enterprise sanctions and AML screening workflows on NetReveal.
- Partner with cross functional teams to plan, refine, and deliver project stories on schedule with high quality outputs.
- Leverage deep Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Informatica ETL expertise to process large scale data efficiently.
- Optimize database schemas and queries to support scalable, high performance processing in high volume environments.
- Engage business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 15+ years of application development experience in financial crimes, sanctions, or AML domains.
- Proficiency in Oracle database architecture, SQL, PL/SQL, and Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC.
- Hands-on experience with relational and dimensional data modeling, including star and snowflake schemas.
- Familiarity with cloud and data engineering concepts, containers, and platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of financial crimes workflows, sanctions screening, PEP/negative news screening, and related processes.
