Job Description

Senior Data Analyst providing analytics support to Corporate Security Investigations with ad hoc data requests and analytics tooling, focusing on fraud detection and supporting criminal prosecution across Online Investigations and related functions.

Responsibilities

20% Communications Derive meaningful insights from data analytics and present them clearly and concisely.
35% Data Analytics Deliver ad hoc data support and analysis across Operations, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain and IT, and propose data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
10% Talent Development Assist with developing and delivering data analytics training for the department, including entry level analysts.
35% Reporting Build and maintain data mining and reporting capabilities, including queries and reports usable across Corporate Security.

Requirements

Age and Work Eligibility Must be 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
Technical Experience Proficiency with Tableau / Tableau Server, SQL, SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS), Access and Excel.
Analytical Capabilities Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Communication and Collaboration Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well with others.

Job Description

Stellantis is seeking a Government Investigations and Takata Data Analyst to join onsite in Auburn Hills, Michigan. In this role, you will support the Government Investigations and Takata Outreach teams by managing, analyzing, and validating complex safety, regulatory, and outreach data used in government investigations, regulatory reporting, and recall execution activities. You will help ensure data accuracy, traceability, and usability to enable timely, high-quality responses to regulators and to maximize recall completion outcomes.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and organize data supporting U.S. and international government safety investigations, informal inquiries, and Takata outreach efforts.
Assist responses to NHTSA and other regulators by preparing data extracts, summaries, trend analyses, and supporting documentation under the direction of investigation leads.
Manage investigation- and Takata-related data within internal systems (for example DAPIS and reporting tools), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Maintain data traceability and documentation to support regulatory reviews, audits, and internal record-keeping requirements.
Develop routine and ad hoc reports and metrics related to investigation status, regulatory timelines, and Takata recall completion performance.
Analyze outreach, owner, and repair data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to support improved Takata recall participation.
Coordinate with Government Investigations, Takata Program Management, and ICT to resolve data quality issues and ensure alignment across data sources.
Support regulatory reporting activities through data preparation, verification, and review.
Follow established data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Identify incremental opportunities to improve data accuracy, consistency, and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical or quantitative discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with data in safety, regulatory, investigations, compliance, or operational analytics environments
Experience handling large, complex datasets from multiple sources, including field data, warranty data, service data, customer feedback, or outreach metrics
Strong understanding of data validation, traceability, documentation, and quality control practices supporting regulatory or audit needs
Ability to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and inconsistencies and clearly summarize findings
Working knowledge of reporting, data analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, databases, dashboards); ability to learn internal systems quickly
Experience supporting investigations, reporting, or program execution through timely and accurate data preparation
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines
Ability to understand and break down complex data or issues into clear, actionable information
Strong written and verbal communication skills to support internal stakeholders, including investigators, program managers, and leadership
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
