Sr. Data Analyst, Online Investigations
Job Description
Senior Data Analyst providing analytics support to Corporate Security Investigations with ad hoc data requests and analytics tooling, focusing on fraud detection and supporting criminal prosecution across Online Investigations and related functions.
Responsibilities
- 20% Communications Derive meaningful insights from data analytics and present them clearly and concisely.
- 35% Data Analytics Deliver ad hoc data support and analysis across Operations, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain and IT, and propose data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- 10% Talent Development Assist with developing and delivering data analytics training for the department, including entry level analysts.
- 35% Reporting Build and maintain data mining and reporting capabilities, including queries and reports usable across Corporate Security.
Requirements
- Age and Work Eligibility Must be 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Technical Experience Proficiency with Tableau / Tableau Server, SQL, SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS), Access and Excel.
- Analytical Capabilities Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Communication and Collaboration Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well with others.

Minimum Qualifications

- Experience with Tableau / Tableau Server, SQL, SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS), Access and Excel.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well with others.
