Job Description

Parsons is building mission-focused analytics support for the Fleet, helping transition engineering activities from reactive reporting toward proactive decision-making. This onsite role in Virginia combines hands-on data engineering with predictive analytics to support missile defense capability and advanced system engineering outcomes.

Compensation: USD 103,500 - 181,100 per year.

What you’ll do

  • Apply specialized Palantir Foundry expertise to support the required data ontology for the program.
  • Support automated data integration to improve how data is connected and made available for analysis.
  • Develop predictive analytical insights that support AB system engineering decisions.
  • Help drive program transition from reactive reporting to proactive decision-making.
  • Contribute to all areas of data analytics related to AB system engineering.

What you’ll bring

  • US Citizenship with Active Secret Clearance (an active Secret security clearance is required).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical/scientific discipline, plus 5+ years of related professional experience.
  • Note: Newly-hired PhD graduates are typically hired into this level.
  • Mastery of the MS Office suite and familiarity with collaborative tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Teams.
  • Missile System Experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 7+ years experience
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Prior experience with Weapons Systems Deployment

  • Technical experience in areas such as Fleet operations, systems engineering, missile systems, or Aegis Qualifications
