Associate Data Analyst

CoreLend Financial is building data capabilities to help the business make better decisions. As an Associate Data Analyst in Memphis, TN (onsite), you’ll turn large datasets into clear insights, support key performance tracking through dashboards and reports, and help improve the accuracy and efficiency of data processes.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, implement solutions, and ensure the data used across operations is reliable. The role is hands-on and collaborative, with opportunities to expand your skills across analytics, reporting, and modern data workflows.

What you’ll do

• Collect and analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and trends, then share insights and recommendations that support business decision-making
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key performance metrics and actionable stakeholder insights
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and help implement data solutions for business operations and strategy
• Run data validations and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Monitor and continuously improve data processes and systems to optimize accuracy and efficiency
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques to strengthen company data capabilities

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial industry
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools and BI platforms including Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including experience with data transformation and modeling
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly and concisely
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
• Programming knowledge in Python or R is a plus
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and learn new technologies quickly

Compensation and growth

Salary: USD 35 to 45 per hour. CoreLend Financial also offers a comprehensive benefits package plus opportunities for growth and development.
