Job Description

Shape the borrower journey and growth strategy with data modeling, analytics, and experimentation.

  • Design and implement robust data models that convert fragmented marketing spend and application event logs into structured “gold-standard” datasets.
  • Maintain clean, organized product and acquisition data so it can be used reliably across cross-functional teams.
  • Build and scale monitoring frameworks for the loan application funnel to find friction, drop-off patterns, and conversion improvements from lead to funded loan.

  • Partner with Product and Marketing to plan, run, and analyze A/B tests, supporting data-driven decisions for initiatives like landing page optimization and credit offer presentation.
  • Serve as an analytical backbone by turning complex user behavior into repeatable, automated insights that support measurable growth and product-market fit.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience using data to drive measurable business impact, focused on Growth, Product Analytics, or Marketing Science.
  • Strong SQL skills (preferably BigQuery), including advanced work with complex joins and window functions to reconstruct user journeys across marketing touchpoints and loan applications.
  • Experience designing and maintaining structured datasets using approaches like star schemas and dbt models to transform clickstream and CRM data into reliable tables.
  • Tableau expertise to build clear dashboards for cohort performance, attribution models, and funnel velocity.
  • Working knowledge of statistics including survival analysis (for time-to-repayment or time-to-next-loan), causal inference, and significance testing.
  • Understanding of the lending lifecycle from acquisition through underwriting to funding, and how product changes affect portfolio quality.
  • Ability to translate complex data trends into clear narratives for both technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Generalist mindset to work through ambiguity and apply analytical tools across multiple business domains.
  • Adhere to company security policies and data handling procedures.
  • Complete required security awareness training within required timeframes.
  • Promptly report suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team.
