AWS and AI Engineer

Infosys is hiring an AWS and AI Engineer (Technology Consultant 2) in Raleigh, NC for an onsite role delivering software across the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements elicitation by documenting assigned portions of business requirements following provided guidance
• Lead and participate in software application design discussions; capture and document design decisions for the technical team
• Code new features and integrate updates into existing applications while maintaining system stability
• Perform code reviews; apply code changes and maintain code repositories
• Develop and execute test strategies, analyze test results, and coordinate bug fixes to meet software quality standards
• Create user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to enable smooth adoption of new software applications
• Participate in troubleshooting production issues; recommend preventive steps to improve system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing approaches, and support activities to strengthen the knowledge base across projects
