Join Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, as a contract Data Analyst on the Wealth Distribution Enablement Team. This onsite role in Boston centers on onboarding distributors and investment products across wirehouses, independent broker-dealers, RIAs, and platform providers. You will translate data into actionable insights that inform commercial decisions to expand product reach and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the end-to-end onboarding strategy for new distributors and products at scale across wirehouses, broker-dealers, and other wealth distribution platforms.
  • Identify and integrate strategic third-party data providers, including FA data packs, partnering with vendors such as Broadridge, SS&C, and other specialists to surface insights for commercial opportunities.
  • Provide analyses on distributor and product KPIs, platform requirements, and operational feasibility to support strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate operational setup across selling agreements, data connectivity, platform specifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Act as an enablement liaison between internal teams (Sales, Product, Finance, Compliance, Technology) and external distribution partners.
  • Collaborate with fund administrators, product teams, and transfer agents to ensure new funds are operationally ready for distribution.
  • Lead ongoing enhancements to accommodate product changes, new share classes, and platform updates; evaluate distributor platform dynamics, identify product gaps, and assess competitive positioning to inform sales opportunities.
  • Oversee investment data flows required for distributor platforms, including feeds, holdings, characteristics, and regulatory data.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data delivery in partnership with data management and fund administration teams.
  • Maintain strong governance around distributor operations, including documentation, controls, and risk management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in global or U.S. wealth distribution enablement, platform onboarding, or product operations within an asset manager, fund administrator, or major distributor.
  • Experience with FA Data packs and market data providers such as Broadridge or SS&C is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of global and U.S. wealth channels, including wirehouses, independent broker-dealers, and RIA platforms. Experience with alternative investment products (40 Act alternatives, interval funds, private markets wrappers, tender offer funds, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with investment data, fund administration processes, and operational requirements for bringing new products to the wealth channel. Ability to translate operational insights into commercial recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.

Location

Onsite in Boston, MA. Onsite 3-4 days per week in Boston, NYC, and Chicago.

Compensation

Estimated pay range: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
