Data Analyst

In Charlotte, a hybrid manufacturing environment seeks a Data Analyst to design and sustain dashboards and data models, run SQL-driven analyses, and translate data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams. This role sits at the intersection of operations and analytics, offering hands-on collaboration across manufacturing, finance, logistics, and leadership to inform decisions and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and organization-wide reporting solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and transform data from multiple sources.
• Build scalable data models and calculations using DAX within the Microsoft data stack.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, finance, logistics, marketing, and executives to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Support analytics initiatives utilizing Power BI, Azure Analysis Services, Databricks, and SQL.
• Assist with automation and advanced analytics using Python where appropriate.
• Expand reporting capabilities and improve how information is delivered throughout the business.
• Participate in emerging AI initiatives and future-focused analytics projects as the organization adopts new technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience building reports and dashboards with Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and manipulation.
• Experience with DAX and data modeling.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft data ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
