Job Description
Data Analyst in the Analytic Consulting Group at Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V., based in Atlanta, GA (hybrid schedule) with an annual salary range of USD 66,100 - 73,400.
Responsibilities
- Write SQL code under general supervision to perform data analyses that feed into final project deliverables.
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all assignments.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage data logistics, including transfers, data structures, and business rules, to enable project execution.
- QA and QC data and report outputs to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in developing reports by contributing content and articulating key observations.
- Present reports to key internal and external customers, communicating findings and recommendations clearly.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Help create compelling presentations that deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support the sales process by contributing content to proposals for new and existing business opportunities.
- Prioritize work and monitor project progress against timelines and scope.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics).
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing analytics.
- Proficient in SQL with at least 1 year of hands-on experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills with experience juggling multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships across functional teams, including statistical, technical, and marketing resources.
- Highly motivated and collaborative.
- Strong technical skills and acute attention to detail (QA/QC).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Desirable Qualifications
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience (Master’s or PhD) in statistics, economics, or another quantitative field.
- Ability to visualize data effectively and create impactful presentations; proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to program in Python and/or Databricks.
- Experience with digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
