Job Description
CelebriOS is seeking a Data Analyst to help turn business data into clear, actionable insights. This remote role involves partnering across the organization to define metrics, build reporting, analyze performance, and communicate results to stakeholders.
As a key member of the analytics function, you will gather data from multiple sources, validate findings, and translate trends into recommendations. You will also work to strengthen data quality and reporting processes while supporting analytics needs such as experiments, forecasting, or operational planning.
What you’ll do
- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Write SQL queries and validate the accuracy of results.
- Build dashboards and recurring reports.
- Define and document business metrics.
- Investigate trends, anomalies, and performance changes.
- Translate analysis into practical recommendations.
- Present findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Improve data quality and reporting processes.
- Support experiments, forecasting, or operational planning as required.
What you bring
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or a similar platform.
- Understanding of descriptive statistics and data visualization.
- Ability to explain complex findings clearly.
- Strong attention to data accuracy.
