Job Description

Digital Essentials is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to convert raw information into actionable insights. The role partners with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, deliver dashboards and reporting, and contribute to strategic initiatives from Dallas, TX with remote work options.

Role Overview

The Data Analyst will collect, process, and analyze data aligned to business goals. You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders, uncover patterns and trends, and support decision-making through statistical analysis and clear visualization of results. The position also involves maintaining data models and analytical tools while ensuring ongoing data quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visualizations and reports that communicate findings clearly.
  • Work with business units to understand requirements and deliver tailored insights.
  • Maintain and improve existing data models and analytical tools.
  • Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
  • Stay current with industry trends and data analysis best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with statistical software and programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Location and Compensation
