Data Analyst
Job Description
TBK Bank is hiring a Data Analyst in Dallas, TX to analyze large structured datasets, produce reporting and dashboard outputs, and provide insights that support business performance. The role partners with stakeholders to define KPIs, verifies data accuracy, and contributes to process improvements through automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large, structured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers.
- Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations aligned to business performance.
- Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI.
- Work with stakeholders to define and build KPIs and convert business requirements into reporting solutions.
- Extract, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy.
- Support customer and product initiatives through data analysis and insight delivery.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake.
- Experience working with Snowflake and writing optimized queries.
- Familiarity with enterprise data environments and/or data warehouses.
- Strong understanding of relational data structures and data integrity best practices.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present findings to customers, peers, and leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Minimum experience: 2 years.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
