This onsite Data Analyst role in Huntington Station, NY supports HR and finance teams with reliable workforce and compensation reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and validate employee compensation, benefits, and workforce data to produce standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Ensure accurate and timely data reporting to support HR and finance stakeholders.
• Document report specifications and maintain business intelligence tools along with Excel-based models.
• Analyze compensation trends, labor costs, and workforce metrics using business intelligence tools for operational reporting and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, CIS, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• 6 months of experience.
