Job Description

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Data Analyst to support execution-focused analytics across the development lifecycle. Based in Irving, TX (onsite), this role focuses on tracking equipment and OFCI status, construction progress, commissioning, and operational readiness using structured data from multiple systems to power reporting and actionable insights.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage dashboards and analytics that track engineering progress, equipment/OFCI status, construction, commissioning, and turnover readiness
  • Work with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to keep equipment demand data accurate and aligned with delivery
  • Use data from Oracle, Autodesk Forma, Palantir, Smartsheet, CxAlloy, and/or ServiceNow to deliver consistent development execution insights
  • Identify lifecycle risks and cost drivers to inform TCO planning and investment decisions
  • Provide structured insights that support scenario planning, procurement timing, and operational risk mitigation
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts supporting execution data, reporting tools, and system workflows
  • Partner with Capital Planning, Cost Controls, and Operations teams so lifecycle data supports cross-functional decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with an emphasis on data analysis and visualization
  • Proficiency with Snowflake, Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting

Preferred qualifications

  • Relevant experience in project analytics, reporting, construction management, or development operations
  • Relevant certifications in data analysis or business intelligence
