As a Data Analyst for the Administrative Office of PA Courts, you will partner with stakeholders to build dashboards and analytics solutions that support both operational and strategic decision-making. What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations focused on meaningful insights into court operations and performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, relationships, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
- Apply statistical analysis and modeling techniques to evaluate business questions and support informed decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across court administration to understand business needs, define requirements, and translate them into effective analytics solutions.
- Use data storytelling and visualization best practices to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, combine, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Perform data profiling and validation to support accuracy, consistency, and integrity across analytical and reporting data.
- Work with IT teams, data owners, and business stakeholders to investigate data issues and improve data quality and reporting processes.
- Evaluate existing dashboards and reporting solutions, then recommend improvements to usability, performance, visualization, and analytical value.
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection, business processes, reporting standards, and analytics practices.
- Support and advance business intelligence capabilities through best practices, reusable solutions, and visualization standards.
- Guide stakeholders in interpreting dashboards, metrics, and analytical findings to help them become more effective data consumers.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in any information technology field.
- Five or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data visualization, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training may be considered.
- Demonstrated experience using Tableau to build interactive dashboards and compelling visualizations.
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience working with relational databases and complex datasets.
- Experience analyzing data to surface trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business questions into analytical and reporting solutions.
- Understanding of data visualization principles, dashboard design, and reporting best practices.
- Working knowledge of data modeling and how source data relates to analytical datasets and reporting solutions.
- A satisfactory criminal background check is required.

Salary Information
USD 70,497 - 114,696 per year. Starting annual salary range: $70,497 - $85,230. Maximum annual salary: $114,696.
