The Data Analyst will analyze data, develop analytics solutions, and partner with customers and leadership to prioritize information needs. You will translate complex results into clear insights, build scalable analytics approaches, and help cross‑functional teams interpret data from multiple sources. Responsibilities
- Gather data and research results using statistical techniques and advanced analytics tools, then interpret findings in an accessible way
- Develop and implement advanced data research, analytics, and solutions that align with business needs
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends, patterns, and relationships in complex data sets
- Collaborate with customers and executive leadership to prioritize business and information needs
- Define and create solutions that make data interpretation and relationship identification manageable across diverse data sources
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1 year of technical experience with data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools and programming languages, including Tableau, Oracle BI, Power BI, R, and Python
- Solid grounding in statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
