Data Analyst - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation is seeking a Data Analyst - AI Trainer based in Louisville, KY, with a fully remote work option. The role focuses on designing and solving coding challenges used to train AI systems, developing code snippets with clear explanations, and evaluating AI-generated code. This contract position offers a flexible schedule with project selections aligned to availability.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and solve a range of coding problems used to train AI systems.
• Produce concise, high quality code samples accompanied by thorough explanations.
• Assess AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability.
• Deliver feedback that informs the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• English fluency at native or bilingual level.
• Proficiency in at least one language or framework from: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Strong writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
