Job Description

Based in Atlanta, this on-site Data Analyst Labor role at Home Depot / THD centers on turning labor data into actionable insights that guide leadership decisions across store labor teams. The position involves building dashboards, crafting reports, and supplying data sources to support analytics-driven choices that shape day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • 40%: Create dashboards, reports, data sources, and visual materials to educate and influence labor decisions for client groups and business leaders, including clear presentations that support decision-making.
  • 40%: Conduct advanced analyses of hourly payroll and related business data to identify trends and root causes, using dashboards and reports to inform leadership and drive effective solutions.
  • 20%: Maintain and enhance existing analytical tools and dashboards to streamline processes, reduce issues, and deliver ongoing value, while expanding technical skills and subject matter expertise.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a related analytics role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
