Data Analytics Developer

The Data Analytics Developer role at Motion Recruitment focuses on building and maintaining ETL and data ingestion workflows. The position involves end-to-end ownership across ingestion, transformation, migration, and governance, with an onsite work location in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS and Talend
• Write complex SQL queries to support data transformation and validation
• Perform data migrations between systems while ensuring data integrity
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and reliability
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to onboard new customer data sets
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are met

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data engineering or analytics development
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SSIS and Talend
• Experience building data pipelines and ingestion workflows
• Proven experience in data migration projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
