Data & Analytics Engineer position in Nashville, TN hybrid, a full-time consulting role focused on analyzing business processes and delivering enterprise data and analytics solutions for clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map business processes, gather requirements, and propose technical approaches.
- Design and deploy enterprise data and analytics platforms to address complex business challenges.
- Create, document, and implement data models for transactional systems and reporting needs.
- Build ETL pipelines for analytics workloads and data migrations.
- Deliver analytics and reporting capabilities using Power BI and Tableau.
- Participate in task estimation and planning to support project timelines.
- Pursue ongoing growth by expanding technical competencies.

- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to build trusted relationships across clients, teams, managers, and domain experts.

- Hands-on experience delivering enterprise data and analytics solutions across the full lifecycle, with hands-on experience in SQL, ETL, data modeling, reporting, or analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or Computer Information Systems (MIS or CIS) or a related field.
