Job Description

Data Engineer role at Accenture Flex tasked with designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions, creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes across multiple systems; this onsite position requires client-facing work three days per week in Jersey City, NJ, Addison, TX, or Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines to support complex workflows and analytics.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to deliver data solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve data quality issues to ensure asset accuracy and reliability.
  • Mentor and share best practices with less experienced engineers and peers.
  • Drive ongoing improvements to data engineering processes and tooling to enhance team performance.

Requirements

  • At least five years of hands-on data engineering experience, including data integration and automation.
  • Strong command of SQL, Python, Java, and PowerShell, enabling extraction, transformation, and operationalization of data across multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with Genesys Cloud, NIC Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation, and Symon Korbyt Wallboard technology.
  • Associate Degree.
