Job Description

Summary

Bow Wave LLC seeks a Data Engineer to construct an advanced visual analytics platform, crafting data analytics for desktop and web visualization tools and enabling bulk analysis of relational information through graphics, visualization, and high-performance computing. The position also uses open source, COTS, and GOTS technologies to establish an application that yields actionable intelligence from streams of structured and semi-structured data.

Responsibilities

  • Perform engineering work to deliver an advanced visual analytics application, including developing data analytics for desktop and web-based visualization software.
  • Facilitate bulk analysis of relational information using advanced graphics, visualization, and high-performance computing.
  • Utilize the specified open source, COTS, and GOTS technologies for the project.
  • Build an application architecture that produces manageable, actionable intelligence from streams of structured and semi-structured data.
