Job Description

Relias US is seeking a Data Engineer I to help build and run the revenue data platform that supports analytics and AI across the customer lifecycle. In this hybrid role based in Morrisville, North Carolina, you will design ingestion pipelines into Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), unify customer data, and help ensure a trusted, governed foundation that Agentforce agents can rely on.

What you’ll do

  • Design, build, and maintain ingestion and transformation pipelines into Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) from Salesforce CRM, Gong, Pardot (MCAE), and other revenue systems using native connectors, APIs, and streaming patterns.
  • Build and maintain Data Cloud data models mapped to the canonical data model, and configure identity resolution rulesets to unify customer and account data across sources.
  • Prepare, structure, and govern the data foundation for Agentforce, including unstructured sources, so agents operate on accurate, current, and permissioned data.
  • Integrate Data Cloud with the Relias Information Hub on Databricks, and maintain enrichment pipelines from providers including ZoomInfo, Dun and Bradstreet, Definitive Healthcare, and Clay into Salesforce and Data Cloud.
  • Implement match and dedupe logic, field survivorship, and monitoring for match rates and data freshness for enrichment feeds.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, lineage, and security through validation, monitoring, and access controls; identify, diagnose, and resolve data issues promptly.
  • Create and maintain documentation for pipelines, data models, mappings, and integration patterns.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field.
  • 2+ years of data engineering, including 1 to 2 years working with Salesforce Data Cloud or a comparable CDP and Salesforce data integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), including data streams, connectors, ingestion, transforms, data model objects, identity resolution, and calculated insights.
  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform and revenue stack data structures, including Salesforce CRM, Gong, and Pardot/MCAE.
  • Programming experience in SQL and Python.

Compensation

Expected salary range is USD 91,000 - 129,500 per year.

Work location and hybrid expectations

  • Flexible hybrid work requires you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to the office (approximately 1-hour commute).
  • Expected to work in the Morrisville, NC Headquarters (close to the Raleigh/Durham airport) approximately 30 days/quarter.
