Data Scientist

Work with data science and analytics to turn structured and unstructured information into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Use strong programming skills to explore, examine, and interpret large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Build and apply predictive models to investigate problems, detect patterns, and recommend solutions.
• Develop, test, and validate modeling approaches.
• Create long-term tools that help evolve business capabilities.
• Present analytic results and solutions to internal stakeholders (developing and participating in presentations).
• Provide business insights to support data-driven decision making.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Location & Work Guidelines

• Location: Oak Brook, IL (remote).
• Remote roles may be based in: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV (remote status and role locations may change).
• Relocation is not provided.
• Employees within a 90-minute radius of Oak Brook, IL headquarters must follow in-office guidelines: 4 days per month minimum between 10 am and 2 pm, with at least 1 day being a Monday or Friday.
• This requirement does not apply to support specialist positions.

Compensation

• $92,000 - $102,000 per year.
• Compensation package may include incentive and bonus opportunities.
